Indoor Technique and Training

for Shot Put, Discus, Weight, Javelin

 

We are starting our 2026 season training.  We train with the state championship as our goal.  There will be two months of base training to get into throwing shape, followed by techinical training, followed by competative training, so you are ready for the sectionals and the weeks to follow.  Start now and expect the results you will get or start later and get the results your lack of training leaves you with.

 

Girls and Boys 7th grade and up

Limited to 10 Throwers per Session

Session may be added if needed  

Sundays

2:00 till 4:00 each session
