Alexis Collatz-Sellens /Discus

​

Alex is a legacy to the team, her father Allen Collatz threw the javelin for the team in the 90"s. Alex is in her first year of post collegiate throwing after representing the University of Southern California.

Alex's Progression: 2009 World Youth Championships - Silver Medal, 2010 California High School State Champion, 2012 World Junior Championships - 8th, 2013 to 2015 First Team NCAA All American, 2014 NACAC under 20 - Silver Medal, 2014 PAC 12 Champion, 2018 USATF Championships 7th.

Alex had the Third longest throw in the United States in 2018

Tatiana Zhuravleva/ Discus

​

Tatiana is a soon to be American training and going to grad school at Southern Illinois University. A former athlete at University of Indianapolis, she was an NCAA Division II National Champion in the discus throw, an NCAA All-American in indoor shot-put, a 4-time GLVC Champion in discus throw and shot put, the GLVC Athlete of the Year. In 2017. She has won medals at the Russian Championship, the International Competition Pechenkina. She qualified for the Russian National Track & Field Team and represented my Russia at  the World University Games. She will be back competing in 2019 with he reinstatement of Russian athletes by the IAAF

Ethan Rich /Javelin

​

Ethan is returning from his second shoulder surgery looking to make the USA Championships in 2019.  He took off the 2018 season to recover and rehab from his injury. 

 

In 2016, Rich’s first year as a post-collegiate javelin thrower he eclipsed the 70m mark with a toss of 71.96m coming off of his first shoulder surgery.  This toss ranked Rich 26th in the nation, just missing the Olympic Trials.  

 

During the former Southern Miss javelin thrower’s injury plagued senior year (2015), he managed to throw a season best of 64.80m (212’6”) at the C-USA Outdoor Championship in 2015, where he finished in fifth place. In Rich’s redshirt junior year (2014), he threw a best of 68.88m (226’10”) at the Southern Miss Invitational.  He finished fourth at the C-USA Outdoor Championship with a throw of 65.72m.  During Rich’s redshirt sophomore year (2013), he finished third at the C-USA Outdoor Championship.  

 

Ethan is the son of Lemuel and Cathy Rich.  He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Sport Management from The University of Southern Mississippi.
